| SpCrossreactivity | This kit has been designed and tested for Turkey serum samples. Cross reactivity was tested with the following animal serum IgG at concentrations of 100ug/ml: Sheep IgG (7%), Human IgG (2%), and Bovine IgG (2%), showed crossreactivity. Rat, Mouse, Monkey, Pig, Rabbit and Chicken serum IgG showed less than 1% crossreactivity. |
